What I aim for
This site aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
What is built in
- Every page works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a “Skip to content” link.
- Images that carry information have text descriptions. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Form fields and buttons have labels, and buttons and links are large enough to tap easily.
- The background videos have no sound and carry nothing you would miss. They can be paused, and they stay paused if your device asks for reduced motion.
- Pages are laid out to work on small phones, tablets and large screens.
Parts I do not control
Some services on this site come from other companies: the contact form (Jotform), appointment booking (Google Calendar), and the home search and app (Realty ONE Group). I cannot change how they work. If any of them gives you trouble, call or text me and I will help you directly.
Tell me about a problem
If something on this site is hard to use, call or text 702-430-2626 or email [email protected]. Tell me the page and what happened. I will get back to you, and help you get what you need another way while I fix it.
How this is checked
The site is tested on phones, tablets and computers whenever it changes, including keyboard use and the size of everything you tap.
